Garlic Mushrooms

Mushrooms sauteed in olive oil with garlic, salt, and pepper – these mushrooms make a great side for any meal.

Mushrooms are one of my very favorite vegetables. I love to cook them up and add them to most any dish that I make. They’re so tasty and versatile!

Servings: 4

Time: 10 minutes

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the mushrooms to the oil.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the mushrooms.
  4. Let cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are soft and darkened.
