
Bell peppers sauteed in olive oil with garlic, salt, and pepper. This is a great way to add color to your meal!
Servings: 4
Time: 10 minutes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces (orange, red, or yellow pepper, or use some of each!)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add peppers to the skillet.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly blackened.
